Meeting Room

Location:

We are nestled amidst the grounds of Westpoint Arena, Exeter with easy access and plenty of free onsite parking. We are just a 3 minutes drive from junction 30 of the M5, 20 minutes from St Davids train station and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. We provide a very convenient location for people travelling all over the South West and in fact the UK.

Our Room:

The Exe Room - Lovely, bright, dual aspect views over Westpoint. It can accommodate up to 13 people and is perfect for boardroom style meetings

The Dart Room - A large spacious room accommodating up to 30 people, perfect for group training sessions

Both of our rooms include use of a large smart TV, flipchart and Wi-Fi.

The Exe Room

• 9.30am - 12.30pm = £80.00 +VAT
• 1.30pm - 4.30pm = £80.00 +VAT
• 9.30am - 5.30pm = £150.00 +VAT

The Dart Room

• 9.30am - 12.30pm = £120.00 +VAT
• 1.30pm - 4.30pm = £120.00 +VAT
• 9.30am - 5.30pm = £200.00 +VAT

Refreshments:

Whether a small informal talk or an all-day meeting, we understand that refreshments are an essential part of any meeting. We can provide freshly brewed teas and coffees throughout the day for £2.95 +VAT per person.
