Red One (the commercial arm of Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service) provide a wide range of driver training across the South West.
Attending the scene of road traffic collisions accounts for 7% of the work that Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service undertakes. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of road safety training to prevent road traffic collisions from happening in the first place. As well as providing practical training, we also work closely with Devon Country Council to design and deliver free workshops to those most vulnerable on our county’s roads (elderly and new drivers).
All profits from the below training courses are returned to Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service. This income is used for the specific purpose of maintaining and improving the ongoing safety of our local community and firefighters.

We are nestled amidst the grounds of Westpoint Arena, Exeter with easy access and plenty of free onsite parking. We are just a 3 minutes drive from junction 30 of the M5, 20 minutes from St Davids train station and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. We provide a very convenient location for people travelling all over the South West and in fact the UK.
Our Room:
The meeting room has lovely, bright, dual aspect views over Westpoint and the surrounding area. It accommodates up to 18 people and is perfect for boardroom style meetings or training. We are equipped with comprehensive AV and IT resources, with the following being included in the hire price:
